The tools I use at school
My personal recommendations.
This is somewhat of a continuation from the previous post. I wanted to share the tools that I use at school that work well for my studying. Here's the list:
- Notebook: Five Star Spiral Notebook for all my school notes. $10 for a solid, graph-ruled notebook. The grid pages are super great for math and physics APs and drawing good diagrams.
- Pens: Black Muji clicker pens are my favorite pens. $14.90 for 10 pens, which is on the expensive size, but they are solid and write smoothly.
- Calculator: TI-84 Plus CE calculator for my math & science AP courses. $110, which is expensive, but a long-lasting calculator that I've used for 2 years and will probably use for the next 6, at least.
- Online Calculator: Desmos is often faster than my physical calculator, because I can type stuff in faster on my computer. $0 for a lifesaving resource for AP Calculus AB/BC.
- Spreadsheet Software: Google Sheets because I have a Google account. $0. The world runs on spreadsheets, and my world runs on spreadsheets.
I believe you don't need lots of products to do well in school. I do my best to be minimalistic and only get the stuff that I really need to be successful.
