Inspired by Casey Neistat's yeah, 730 days no exceptions video. My rule is to run at least 1 mi everyday. My goals: run the 2027 Austin Marathon on Feb 14 in <4 hours and run 1000mi before Jun 29, 2027 at midnight CT.
marathon goal: I need a ~9min/mile pace to run a sub-4. I'm planning to start Hal Higdon's Novice 1 program in Oct 2026.
